It arrived at the Sanctuary in 2001 from a former commercial breeding site where it suffered a lot and was used for reproduction, and soon after birth its babies were removed and sold throughout Brazil. Only when she arrived at the Sanctuary did she have the opportunity to raise her children and live in peace. She is the mother of Dolores, Samantha, Luiza, Pedrinho and Yasmin, the last three born in the Sanctuary – which she managed to raise naturally as they were not taken from her. She is a good mother, devoted but strict, and keeps a very close eye on her calf at all times. As it is more serious, the games with the youngest daughter are up to her father Gilberto, who loves to enjoy his children.
